Through both passive and active QoS monitoring, ReliaTel enables users to gauge the impact of multiple concurrent calls, as well as dive deeply into the analytics of each individual call across key factors such as delay, jitter, loss, industry standard Listening Quality, Conversational Quality MoS scoring for trending, and root cause analysis for troubleshooting.

When voice quality fluctuates or drops, or performance issues are detected, ReliaTel automatically triggers alarms in real-time based on customizable thresholds, SLA violations, recurrence settings, and condition rules. Key staff members are automatically notified, and escalation is activated based on customizable rules selected. As a result, voice support technicians have the complete, in-depth analytics needed to accurately pinpoint and resolve quality issues.
